EXIT Realty Talbot & Co JOINS OWNAMERICA "Investor Knowledge Center" Assists Residential Real Estate Investors

Exit Realty Corp., the international real estate brokerage franchise, and its local affiliate, EXIT Realty Talbot & Co announced today that it has joined OwnAmerica, a national network of trained and certified Residential Investment Specialists. The affiliation allows EXIT Realty Talbot & Co to provide educational programs and analysis tools to real estate investors during one of the biggest real estate investment booms in history.

Using the Investor Center on EXIT Realty Talbot & Co's website <Broker Affiliate website>, real estate investors can learn how to best capitalize on the struggling housing market by learning how to choose markets on the upswing, find properties at under-market values, and build a real estate portfolio for long term wealth creation. The Investor Center guides new real estate investors down the right path and streamlines the process for more seasoned investors.

"The residential investor is the most motivated and active segment of the market today," explains Tan Tunador, "We teamed up with OwnAmerica because we see a clear need to represent the investment value of the homes in our area.
